Rey Long Machinery Co., Ltd. has been building plastic and packaging machinery in Douliu City, Yunlin County, Taiwan for over twenty years. Our machines run on production floors in more than thirty countries.
The machines we build
We manufacture around twenty machine models. This site shows a deliberately narrow selection of them — the specialty machines where our engineering makes the clearest difference, rather than the whole catalogue:

Complete production lines
A woven bag plant needs more than the machines we build ourselves. Tape extrusion lines, circular looms and lamination equipment are supplied and integrated through our partner factories rather than manufactured in-house. We say so plainly because the distinction matters when you are choosing a supplier — and because we still take responsibility for specifying the line and making every stage work together, whoever built each machine.
Why the machines are built where they are
Douliu sits at the southern end of Taiwan's central machinery belt, and that geography is practical rather than sentimental. Servo drives, gearboxes, pneumatics, controllers and precision-machined parts all have suppliers within a few hours' drive, which shortens the loop when a build needs a modification part-way through. It also shapes what goes inside the machines: the pouch line runs Panasonic servo control and a standard PLC touch-screen interface, for example, so the components a maintenance team is most likely to replace are ones they can source internationally rather than only from us. When a line has to run continuously, that matters more than it sounds like it should.
Where our machines run
Rey Long equipment operates in factories across Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. We work with distributors and service partners in our main markets so that support does not depend on the distance to Taiwan.
After the machine ships
Every machine is delivered with full technical documentation, installation support and operator training. Most of our customers are running continuous, high-volume production, so what matters after commissioning is spare parts and someone who answers the phone — and that is what we organise around.
What helps when you ask for a specification
Specification conversations move faster when three things arrive with the enquiry: the bag or product format you need to produce, including dimensions and material structure; your target output per shift; and the electrical supply available at the site. Format and output together decide which model fits, while supply voltage and frequency decide what has to be changed before shipping. Photographs of the existing line help more than you might expect — most installations go into a plant that already has equipment, and how the new machine meets what is already there is usually the part that needs the most thought.
